This building was completed in 2020. The location is in one of the densest census tracts in the United States. It is just south Macarthur Park in the area known as Westlake. The site lies just east of downtown Los Angeles on Pico Boulevard. The building contains 93 units for seniors. Parking is provided off Pico in a ground level structure while the entrance for the residents is located on Westmore Linden. The lobby level features multiple offices for tenant and managerial services. On the second level, tenants enjoy a spacious courtyard, the community’s laundry facilities and a welcoming community kitchen and rest area. Units feature balconies and, higher up in the 6-story building, expansive views of downtown and the “ Hollywood” sign in the distance.
