The Pointe On Vermont is a 50-unit Permanent Supportive Housing ( “PSH”) building located prominently on the corner of 76th and Vermont in South Los Angeles. This is a mixed-use development with ground floor office and community space located at ground level on the corner and along Vermont Avenue. The entry for the residents is off 76th street. Entering the lobby, tenants have access to a common area lounge, service offices and the manager’s desk. Security for tenants is featured throughout the complex. On the second level courtyard, planters provide garden seating with shade trees, benches, and rest areas. The units, many furnished, are tailored for the needs of people transitioning from homelessness to a more permanent supportive housing environment.
