Mark Walther

Mark Walther is Executive Vice President of the Company. Active in multifamily affordable housing since 1987, Mark, since 2002, has held a California General Contractor (Class B) License. After 13 years in housing finance, Mr. Walther co-founded American Communities in 2000, along with that companies’ two general contracting affiliates. Mark is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara, High Honors. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis in 1986. He and Michelle are philanthropically involved throughout Los Angeles. Mark and Michelle reside in the South Bay area of Los Angeles with their two teenage sons.
