HERITAGE GARDENS

Mercy Housing's new mixed-use building in Long Beach, California, will feature a ground floor level with 3,500 square feet of tenant common area space, a residential lobby and several offices for management. The levels above grade will consist of 67 residential units and one manager's unit. Tenants will enjoy a community room and a landscaped courtyard podium deck area with seating and assembly venues. 38 parking stalls will be located on the ground level. The building will provide 100% affordable housing for qualifying seniors 62+ years of age.
